ShopBack Group is seeking a highly motivated leader to drive high-impact commercial initiatives within Commercial and Growth, reporting to C-levels, using data-driven analysis to shape solutions and execute with precision.This is a fast-track leadership development role with real ownership — running initiatives end-to-end and leading a small team or task force.

Qualifications

8–15 years of experience in commercial or business-related roles.
Strong strategic thinking and financial judgment (P&L, unit economics).
Proven leadership of lean teams and cross-functional projects.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to translate data into actionable business growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end strategic commercial initiatives across functions.
Collaborate with C-levels to refine and execute growth strategies.
Lead a lean project pod and develop leadership capabilities for future P&L roles.
Drive cross-functional understanding across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations.
Develop detailed business plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
