Job summary

Phillip Capital Management seeks a risk and compliance professional in Singapore to lead adoption of AI and automation across the department, identify transformation opportunities, and design use cases. You will prepare risk and performance reports for the investment team, senior management and the Board, and enhance compliance programs to meet MAS and AML/CFT requirements.

Collaborating with functions and stakeholders, you will manage pre-trade and post-trade compliance, oversee ESG risk

Qualifications

Minimum of two years in risk and compliance, preferably in asset management.
Good understanding of AI, automation and emerging technologies with change deployment experience.
Comfortable working with data, dashboards and deriving actionable insights.
Knowledge of Securities and Futures Act, MAS rules, AML/CFT.
Familiarity with Bloomberg and CMGR risk module.
Exposure to ESG risk management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of AI, automation and emerging technology solutions across the department and firm.
Prepare regular risk and performance reports for investment teams, senior management and the Board.
Maintain high standards in compliance reviews and monitoring.
Ensure firm and funds comply with applicable statutes and regulations.
Oversee pre-trade and post-trade compliance.
Assist in risk governance and reporting to trustees, solicitors and MAS.
