Job summary

Phillip Innovation Centre at PhillipCapital seeks an intern to design and build an AI workflow agent for Symphony Digital Assets' Operations & Compliance. You will prototype AI-assisted solutions for onboarding, KYC checks, and regulatory mapping, with human review required for every proposal.

Collaborating with product, engineering and compliance teams, you will structure SOPs, knowledge bases and milestones, and iterate to ensure MAS alignment and practical, auditable outputs.

Qualifications

• Be studying one of the listed fields and actively pursuing related work experience.
• Be organized and detail-oriented with documentation and data.
• Willing to build AI-based solutions, not only use them.
• Understand AI proposals require human review before action.
• Interest in blockchain, digital assets and cryptocurrency.

Responsibilities

• Support operational work and build the project using AI-assisted tools.
• Design and build an Operations Workflow Agent modeled on AgentFIXBPRO's architecture.
• Design and build a Compliance Workflow Agent with regulatory alignment checks.
• Structure SOPs, playbooks and milestone definitions for the knowledge base.
• Test the agent in controlled scenarios and iterate to improve safety and reliability.
