You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and collaborate across SDLC with product managers and developers to deliver on time and with high quality. You will support automation initiatives, testing, and deployment, while ensuring regulatory compliance, security, and governance are maintained across

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience documenting user requirements, data workflows, and UI mockups.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with system owners and stakeholders.
• Document detailed user requirements, use cases, and data schemas.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers through SDLC.
• Identify and propose IT/AI solutions considering risk and feasibility.
• Prepare test plans and support SIT/UAT and implementation.
• Coordinate with infrastructure for network and hardware setup.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements through digital transformation.
• Support ISO/IEC 27001 and CREST-related compliance efforts.
