STANLEY PARK & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced compliance professional to strengthen its regulatory and operational risk framework across its global operations.

This hands-on, mid-level role requires sound judgement and the ability to identify, escalate and remediate issues within a complex international environment. You will support policy development, monitoring, testing and incident management, engage with MAS and other regulators, and help implement AI-era compliance

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in compliance or regulatory risk.
• Qualifications in compliance, law or risk management.
• Experience in monitoring, testing, risk assessments, incidents and remediation.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Experience engaging with MAS or Singapore regulatory matters.
• Experience with AI-related compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance screening, monitoring and testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support risk assessment programmes, identify risks and remediation gaps.
• Investigate and escalate potential breaches and control weaknesses.
• Manage compliance incidents from assessment to remediation and closure.
• Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Enforce internal compliance requirements across business functions.
• Develop remediation plans with stakeholders to close issues on time.
• Engage with MAS and other regulators for inquiries and submissions.
• Advise stakeholders on applying policies and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain compliance documentation and audit trails.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on controls.
• Contribute to AI-related compliance initiatives where applicable.

About

A global infrastructure group is seeking an experienced compliance professional to support its evolving regulatory and operational risk environment.

This is a hands-on, mid-level position for someone with strong core compliance experience, sound judgement and the confidence to identify, escalate and remediate issues. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and consistent implementation of compliance policies and controls across a complex, internationally connected business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance screening, monitoring and testing to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Support the organisation’s compliance risk assessment programme, including identifying emerging risks, control gaps and areas requiring remediation.
• Proactively identify, investigate and escalate potential compliance breaches, control weaknesses and other material concerns.
• Manage compliance incidents from initial assessment through investigation, escalation, remediation and closure.
• Develop, draft, review and update compliance policies, procedures, guidelines and supporting controls.
• Drive the implementation and enforcement of internal compliance requirements across relevant business functions.
• Develop and monitor remediation plans, working with stakeholders to ensure that identified issues are resolved effectively and within agreed timelines.
• Engage with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and other relevant regulators, including supporting regulatory enquiries, inspections and submissions.
• Advise business and functional stakeholders on the practical application of compliance policies and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain appropriate compliance documentation, records, management reporting and audit trails.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the organisation’s operations and control framework.
• Contribute to compliance initiatives relating to artificial intelligence, including generative or agentic AI, where applicable.
• Support broader corporate compliance matters and regional or global compliance projects as required.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory risk or a closely related function.
• Relevant professional qualifications in compliance, law, risk management or a related discipline.
• Strong foundational experience across compliance monitoring and testing, screening, risk assessments, incident or issues management, and remediation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify compliance concerns, exercise sound judgement and escalate issues appropriately.
• Practical experience implementing and enforcing internal compliance policies and controls.
• Strong policy-drafting capability, with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience engaging with MAS or supporting matters involving Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Ability to investigate issues, establish root causes and develop practical, sustainable remediation measures.
• Experience supporting regional or global operations is preferred; candidates whose exposure extends beyond Singapore will be particularly well regarded.
• Exposure to governance, compliance or risk considerations involving artificial intelligence, generative AI or agentic AI.
