Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a risk professional to lead AI-related operational risk initiatives in Singapore. You will assess risks, design frameworks, and partner with multiple teams to ensure responsible AI adoption.

The role focuses on regulatory compliance, data analysis, and communicating complex risk concepts to diverse stakeholders. You will also facilitate training, deliver stakeholder reports, and monitor AI deployments for policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their implications on business operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to AI and operational risk in Singapore.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
