Job summary

SINGTEL MOBILE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI-for-RAN Specialist to design, develop, deploy, and operationalize AI-driven automation for improved RAN performance and autonomy. You will bridge Ericsson RAN platforms with SMO to enable intelligent, cloud-native network operations.

You will develop AI models, automation workflows, and rApps to support closed-loop optimization, self-configuration, self-healing, and autonomous operations across multi-vendor RAN environments where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or CS fields.
• Strong foundation in wireless/mobile communications and software engineering.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python; basic SQL and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Linux and Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and operationalize AI-driven automation solutions for AI-native networks.
• Develop AI models, automation workflows, and rApps (or cApps) supporting closed-loop optimization and autonomous operations.
• Collaborate with RAN Operations, OSS, Cloud, Data & AI teams and vendors to accelerate transformation.
