Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI and Agentic AI solutions that drive real business impact. You will collaborate with solution architects and Lead AI Engineers to translate requirements into robust AI-driven systems, ensuring security, scalability, and production readiness.

This role blends applied AI development with full stack software engineering, R&D curiosity, and ownership of operations.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS/Engineering/Data/AI with strong coding skills.
• 3-5 years designing and deploying software and AI solutions.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript/Node.js; SQL knowledge.
• Hands-on with LangChain/LangGraph or similar AI frameworks.
• Strong API integration and cloud platform familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI/workflow solutions combining software and AI.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs and frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers for system integration.
• Enhance and maintain user interfaces for usability and control.
• Design hybrid AI/LLM workflows and ensure security and compliance.
• Maintain middleware including SSO, auth, and access control.
• Monitor production AI KPIs and address performance issues.
• Apply security best practices and fallback strategies.
• Expand AI capabilities across Enterprise, IT, Networks and Functions.
• Improve marketplace recommendations and business rules integration.
