Singtel is seeking a seasoned Group Network AI and AN Architect to define architecture, framework, and a strategic roadmap across RAN, Core, OSS, and IT. You will drive reference architectures, guardrails, and best practices while guiding OpCos to align roadmaps with Group strategy and AN maturity targets.

The role focuses on transitioning from traditional operations to AI-enabled, autonomous models, ensuring scalability, governance, and long-term sustainability across the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in telecommunications with deep expertise across network, OSS, and IT architecture, including large-scale transformation initiatives in complex telco environments.
• Proven track record in defining and governing network and IT architectures, translating strategy into executable technical roadmaps across regional operating companies.
• Hands-on experience designing and governing end-to-end Network AI and Autonomous Network architectures, including telemetry ingestion, AI/ML inferencing, automation, orchestration, and closed-loop control.
• Experience integrating AI-driven capabilities across OSS, network, and IT layers, alongside hands-on work with automation and AI/ML platforms and AI-enabled OSS.
• Experience engaging and working with major telecommunications vendors across architecture and solution discussions.
• Deep expertise in telecommunications network and OSS architectures, covering RAN, Core, Transport, Service Assurance, and Network Operations domains.
• Strong technical capability in Network AI, automation frameworks, and Autonomous Networks (AN) architecture, including AI-assisted and closed-loop operational models.
• Hands-on familiarity with TM Forum AN frameworks, Open Digital Architecture (ODA), and AN maturity models (L1–L4).
• Proven ability to translate strategic intent into practical, implementable architecture designs, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
• Strong technical leadership and consultancy skills, with the ability to govern architecture, conduct design reviews, and align solutions across complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Strong capability in driving multiple organizations and cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders on architecture, platforms, and delivery outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define the Group Network AI and AN architecture, framework, and roadmap aligned to Singtel and TM Forum AN maturity models (L3/L4).
• Develop and maintain AN reference architectures, guardrails, and best practices for OpCos.
• Collaborate with network domain experts to align AI/AN across RAN, Mobile Core, Transport, OSS, and IT.
