Job summary

Singtel is seeking a data/analytics specialist to drive Outside Plant Network Analytics, build AI-enabled workflows, and deliver insights that shape network operations and investments.

You will develop dashboards, refine KPIs, and apply AI/ML techniques to optimize infrastructure data and processes, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate outputs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
• Strong analytical thinker with ability to learn new AI tools and domains.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multi-agent frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
• Interest in applying latest AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large volumes of network data to identify trends, risks and improvements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Outside Plant Engineering and Operations.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for utilization, SLA, productivity and data quality.
• Perform trend, variance, aging, and root-cause analyses to support decision making.
• Design and optimize AI workflows and multi-agent agents for operations use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and system teams to validate outputs and improve workflows.
