Job summary

Amity Solutions Bangkok seeks a product leader to own the roadmap for an AI-driven customer model. You will sit between research, enterprise customers, and data partners to translate problems into model tasks and commercial outcomes.

You’ll run discovery with marketing, pricing, and insights teams, define success metrics, and turn pilot results into a repeatable, priced product. Fluent English is essential; Thai is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Hands-on B2B experience selling into enterprises.
• Comfort reading model results and interpreting AUC, lift, calibration.
• Proven record of turning a pilot into a priced product.
• Clear communication and writing skills with diverse audiences.
• Fluent English; Thai language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap, prioritising customer problems.
• Run discovery with CRM, pricing, category, and insights teams.
• Turn customer problems into measurable tasks with success metrics.
• Package pilot results into a repeatable offer with pricing and workflow.
• Shape how customers use it by defining interface and explanations.
• Scope data integrations and privacy with data partners.
• Support go-to-market with pitches, case studies, and demos.
• Measure value delivered to customers and feed findings back to research.
