Job summary

Echo Technical Pte. Ltd. is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of intelligent transaction tools, customer service solutions and compliance automation products.

You will define the product strategy, roadmaps and success metrics for AI-powered offerings, coordinating across engineering, data, design and operations teams to translate business needs into practical requirements and user journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, CS, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience managing technology, data or AI-enabled products.
• Strong product discovery, requirement definition and agile delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
