Job summary

dadaconsultants pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a flagship enterprise SaaS platform in Singapore. You will own the product end-to-end—from discovery through scaled deployment—driving AI governance, API management, and hybrid deployment in a fast-moving environment.

You will lead market research, craft PRDs and roadmaps, supervise Agile delivery as Product Owner, and define core metrics to steer iterations. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/SE/DS or related field; 5+ years B2B SaaS PM experience.
• Strong API-first and developer-facing design with REST APIs, SDKs, OAuth/SSO, RBAC.
• Prototyping ability with Figma or Axure; capable of medium-complexity interactions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile; strong PRD/roadmap writing.
• Business-level English and Mandarin for documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Bonus: experience with enterprise AI/LLM platforms and API governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and competitive research for enterprise AI infrastructure and LLM ops.
• Monitor API pricing, SLAs, and their impact on platform strategy.
• Conduct discovery interviews with IT, AI platform teams, developers, and finance.
• Own PRDs, roadmaps, and backlogs for unified API management, routing, caching, governance.
• Create prototypes and collaborate with UI/UX on dashboards and cost analytics.
• Drive Agile delivery as Product Owner; manage backlog, sprint goals, and releases.
• Partner with sales and marketing for demos, PoCs, case studies.
• Define and track product metrics like activation, token use, retention, and NRR.
