Job summary

TEKISHUB CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, roadmap and commercialization of AI-enabled managed services offerings. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions delivering client value and transformation.

The role requires deep AI product management, managed services expertise, business strategy and senior stakeholder management to drive enterprise outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in product management or related fields.
• Proven experience developing strategic roadmaps and value realization frameworks.
• Strong track record engaging senior client stakeholders and business leaders.
• Experience commercializing technology-enabled products or managed services.
• Solid understanding of AI, GenAI, agentic AI and enterprise applications.
• Experience with major enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow or SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, vision and roadmap for AI-enabled offerings.
• Identify client challenges and translate them into scalable AI-driven products and services.
• Develop business cases, strategic roadmaps and value realization frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and adoption.
• Collaborate with AI, technology, engineering, operations, sales and delivery teams.
• Drive integration of AI and agentic capabilities into enterprise managed services.
• Engage senior stakeholders to communicate business value of AI solutions.
• Define product success metrics and monitor adoption and outcomes.
• Develop positioning, go-to-market strategies and commercialization plans.
