Activa Media is seeking a digital marketing professional to manage client accounts, plan and optimize campaigns, and leverage AI-powered tools to drive growth across diverse industries. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Information Systems, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, conversion tracking and data analysis.
• Ability to identify campaign optimisation opportunities and implement improvements independently.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their practical application in digital marketing workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts holistically, understanding their business objectives and developing digital marketing approaches that support overall growth.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms and channels to achieve clients’ marketing objectives.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance marketing workflows, analyse data, uncover insights, generate ideas and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Explore and apply AI-driven solutions to streamline processes, improve productivity and support smarter, data-informed marketing decisions.
• Oversee campaign deliverables and coordinate with creative, content and web development teams to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with client objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve account performance, strengthen client relationships and expand service offerings in collaboration with the manager.
• Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, AI capabilities and new technologies, assessing their practical applications in delivering better marketing outcomes.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring campaign execution, client communication and deliverables consistently meet expectations and business objectives.
