Job summary

DCI Consultants Private Limited seeks a Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver Learning Systems projects across the lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and partners to deploy LMS/LXP and AI-enabled capabilities that support workforce development.

The role requires strong governance, vendor management, and AI literacy, with experience in learning ecosystems and education sectors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in the defense, learning or education sector.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Degree in Project Management or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of learning development projects, meeting client requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress.
• Define and clarify project scope and deliverables; manage scope changes effectively.
• Support AI-enabled learning solutions planning and implementation (AI features, analytics, recommendations).
• Plan and allocate resources, ensuring the team has necessary skills and support.
• Oversee budgets and timelines to keep projects on track.
• Oversee testing and validation of learning tech solutions for quality.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and regular status reports to senior management.
