Job summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia seeks a forward-thinking Learning & Development Manager to spearhead organizational upskilling initiatives and AI integration strategy. You will design, deploy, and scale learning frameworks that address critical skill gaps and foster AI proficiency across all departments, ensuring our workforce remains agile and competitive in a digital-first landscape.

In coordination with senior leaders, architect enterprise-wide learning pathways, monitor KPIs, manage external training

Qualifications

• 6+ years of training experience in a multinational company.
• Experience setting up AI literacy programmes and AI integration.
• Experience working in multicultural environments and virtual teams.
• Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for upskilling and understanding new technology and trends.
• Track record of presenting and working directly with the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute enterprise-wide learning pathways end-to-end.
• Collaborate with leaders to forecast capability needs and growth.
• Curate blended learning experiences with INT L&D teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption and impact.
• Orchestrate internal mobility and job rotation programmes.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors and partners.
• Oversee content quality and alignment with standards.
• Engage with government bodies to align with national upskilling agendas.
• Draft and implement L&D policies and data reporting.
