Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a data analytics professional to transform RSAF's HR operations with advanced analytics, ML and AI-driven solutions. You will design predictive models for workforce planning and talent management, and build AI-enabled HR tools while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical analytics.

The role requires a CS/IS/Analytics background, 3+ years in data analytics/BI, proficiency in Python and R, and strong communication to convey

Qualifications

Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, HR Analytics or Business Intelligence.
Proficiency in Python and R; data visualization with Power BI or Tableau; ETL and databases.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate complex HR requirements into technical analytics solutions.

Responsibilities
