AVNET Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an HR analytics professional to drive digital transformation through analytics, automation, and AI. You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to develop workforce insights and optimize HR processes.

You will create dashboards, reports, and recommendations; ensure data governance; and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance employee experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR technology, people analytics, BI, data analytics, or digital transformation.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and workforce reporting solutions.
• Analyze workforce data to provide insights on headcount, attrition, hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Design and implement AI and automation solutions to improve HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Leverage enterprise systems (e.g., Workday) to consolidate and transform data into actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation across HR functions.
• Create reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics, reporting, and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
