Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Transformation, or Consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of finance operations processes including Accounts Payable/Receivable, reconciliation, and invoice management.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end finance operations across multiple units and document workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities and quantify potential benefits.
- Develop a prioritized transformation roadmap with business justification, dependencies, and effort estimates.
- Engage stakeholders through workshops and interviews to enable change and adoption of new tools.
- Support budgeting and strategic planning through multi-year transformation planning.
