Bank of Singapore Limited, a leading Singapore-based financial services group, is seeking a Finance AI and Digital Initiatives professional to drive practical AI and automation within Finance. You will collaborate with Finance users, Technology teams, Data Office and external vendors to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making.

Reporting to Head of Finance Change Management, you will identify opportunities, document requirements and support adoption of Copilot and other tools, turning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, CS or related field.
• 4–6 years in financial services with finance transformation and change experience.
• Experience in process-mapping, workshops and documentation.
• Knowledge of finance processes such as reporting, reconciliations, controls, forecasting preferred.
• Certifications in BA, process improvement, Power BI, Power Platform or AI advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify and analyze Finance activities suitable for AI and automation.
• Document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support proofs of concept and pilot implementations with documented outcomes.
• Maintain a register of Finance AI use cases with owners and benefits.
• Assist in adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other approved AI tools.
