Bank of Singapore is seeking a Finance Change Management professional to drive AI, data, digital and automation initiatives within Finance. You will work with Finance users, Technology teams, Data Office and external vendors to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis, process improvement, Power BI, Power Platform, data analytics or AI are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in identifying Finance activities and business problems addressable by AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, workflow automation, and analytics.
• Document current and future Finance processes, identify manual activities, and suggest simplifications or automations.
• Develop user guides, training content and participate in adoption sessions to enable Finance users.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support change initiatives across Finance, Technology, and Data Office.
