Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
• 5+ years in Change Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Transformation or HR Transformation.
• Experience delivering stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, adoption, and business readiness activities.
• Experience conducting organizational impact assessments and supporting large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases for organizational, process and technology changes.
• Passion for leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity and drive outcomes.

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support finance transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement across impacted groups.
