Get Out! Events seeks an Event Manager with 4 to 6 years' experience to own corporate events from pitch to post-event review. You will lead client accounts, manage budgets and margins, and guide junior team members to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of event management experience, incl. 3+ years at an events agency.
• Proven ability to lead events independently and manage budgets.
• Strong written and verbal client and vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate events end to end from brief to post-event review.
• Be main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and budgets; track costs.
• Source and manage vendors, venues and manpower.
• Lead on-site event-day operations.
• Coach junior events staff.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects including large-scale galas.
• Refine internal processes and supplier networks.
