TALENT EDGE RECRUITMENT LLP is seeking a product/portfolio lead to drive AI-enabled capabilities and digital distribution improvements in a fast-paced environment. You will ideate, develop, launch and iterate solutions with cross-functional teams, prioritizing business impact and user value.

The role requires experience with AI concepts, Agile methodologies and tooling, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements for engineers and analysts.

Formación

• Experience in project management in the Financial Industry or similar domain.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and practical business use cases.
• Comfort translating business needs into clear solution requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ideation, development, launch and iteration of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Identify AI adoption opportunities to improve distributor journeys and business processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize product features.
• Oversee end-to-end solution lifecycle, including UAT, governance and readiness.
