Job summary
SG Growth Capital is strengthening its AI and digital product capabilities. As Technical Lead, AI & Digital Products, you will drive the firm's AI transformation agenda, shape solution architecture, and stay hands-on with design, coding and code review while leading a small engineering team.
You will partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, deliver secure, scalable AI-enabled applications and workflow tools, and reinforce engineering practices around
Qualifications
- 7+ years in software engineering with leadership of technical teams.
- Experience delivering software products or internal digital/workflow solutions.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages, frameworks, APIs, databases and cloud tech.
- Designing secure, maintainable, scalable solutions; strong architecture and deployment skills.
- Ability to conduct technical reviews and set engineering standards.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into practical tech solutions.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive scope, roadmap, architecture and end-to-end delivery of AI transformation, digital products and platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and deliver practical solutions.
- Remain hands-on contributor in design, coding and code reviews.
- Build and lead a small engineering team, recruiting and mentoring engineers.
- Design secure, reliable, scalable AI-enabled applications and tools.
- Assess cybersecurity, data protection and technology risk and recommend mitigations.
- Collaborate with business units and partners to manage dependencies.
