Job summary

SG Growth Capital is accelerating its AI and digital capabilities to enable strategic investments and operations. We seek a hands-on Technical Lead who can design, build and review AI-enabled applications, automate workflows and deliver secure, scalable digital products.

You will lead a small engineering team, partner with stakeholders, and drive architecture, cybersecurity and governance across delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven delivery of software products, digital products or workflow automation.
• Strong design sense for secure, scalable architectures and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of AI transformation and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and translate into practical solutions.
• Remain hands-on: design, write and review production code; uphold engineering standards.
• Build and lead a small engineering team: hire, onboard and develop engineers.
• Design secure, reliable and scalable AI-enabled applications and data-driven tools.
• Assess risks in cybersecurity, data protection and technology governance.
