Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to govern projects with strong risk management.
• Experience applying user-centered design to digital solutions.
• Data-driven decision making to translate requirements into outcomes.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts and practical use cases.
• Experience in end-to-end product development in Agile environments.
• Effective stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of AI-enabled digital distribution capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and data to enhance distributor journeys.
• Champion user-led design with distributors during design processes.
• Define end-to-end business processes and translate opportunities into requirements.
• Lead PoC to deployment with governance, testing and sign-off.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners and engineers to refine backlog.
• Oversee UAT, sign-off, and post-production verification of solutions.
• Coordinate governance and risk controls across solution lifecycle.
• Support adoption and change management with clear communications.
