Job summary

SP Group's CoRe+ department seeks an experienced Assistant Director to steer digital transformation, AI adoption, and strategic technology initiatives across the organisation. The role functions as Product Owner, Project Owner, and AI Transformation Lead, shaping digital products and ensuring measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, business transformation, product management, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience managing digital products, enterprise platforms, or transformation programmes.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for assigned digital products and platforms (e.g., HR Buddy, Compliance AI, PPM Platform).
• Develop and maintain product vision, roadmap, business cases, and investment plans.
• Drive product strategy and prioritization to maximize business value and user adoption.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from concept to benefit realization across agile, hybrid, and waterfall methods.
