Job summary

De ion is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive AI platform integration and strategic architecture for AI-powered platforms and products in Singapore. You will lead engineers and data scientists, shaping AI strategy and collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, and Data & AI teams to deliver highly integrated solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership in distributed systems, cloud-native development, and DevSecOps, with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in software engineering & 5+ years in technical leadership or solution architecture.
• Strong experience in Distributed systems, microservices, API-first design, cloud-native development, workflow orchestration, and DevSecOps.
• Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
