Job summary

Faculty Digital Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Product Manager – AI Applications to drive the strategy, design, and execution of AI-powered applications. You will lead end-to-end product development, focusing on scalable AI Agent capabilities and robust Design Systems.

You will bridge AI engineering, design, and user experience to ensure powerful, reliable, and delightful intelligent features with strong UX standards and human-in-the-loop considerations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software product management, SaaS, developer tools, or AI-driven apps.
• Experience defining, building, and deploying AI Agents, LLM workflows, or conversational AI systems.
• Design System maintenance or expansion across multi-platform environments; familiarity with design tokens and WCAG.
• Comfort reading API docs, understanding LLM latency/token trade-offs, and discussing system architecture with engineers.
• Strong eye for visual design and dynamic UI components for generative content.
• Proficient use of data/telemetry and user feedback to iterate on features.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI product roadmap and translate user needs into clear requirements.
• Own AI Agent architecture, personas, tool-use logic, context management, and fallbacks.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to scale design system capabilities for AI interactions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule.
• Establish UX standards for nondeterministic AI outputs with transparency and safety.
