Job summary

Argyll Scott, partnering with a leading global insurer in Singapore, seeks a Claims Transformation Subject Matter Expert to lead AI-enabled redesigns of claims processes within a major operations effectiveness programme.

You will embed AI into day-to-day claims operations, identify where AI improves handling and turnaround times, and run or support workshops, UAT, and the broader transformation roadmap with PMs, BAs and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in claims within insurance.
• Experience redesigning or transforming a claims process using AI — essential, not preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management across ops, tech, and transformation teams.
• PM/BA experience and UAT exposure an advantage but not required.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving transformation environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME on claims process redesign, embedding AI-driven solutions into day-to-day claims operations
• Identify where AI can improve claims handling, adjudication accuracy, and turnaround times
• Lead or support process mapping, gap analysis, and redesign workshops
• Contribute to UAT and validation of new AI-enabled claims workflows
• Partner with PMs/BAs and technology teams on the broader transformation roadmap
• Support regulatory and fair dealing requirements as they relate to claims handling
