Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10+ years in consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, product management, analytics, or technology-related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving data, analytics, AI, or automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Experience developing business cases, ROI models, and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities and translate them into use cases and implementation roadmaps with business leaders.
• Develop AI use cases and ROI assessments for initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and IT to deliver AI solutions end-to-end.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Manage stakeholders, timelines, risks, and change management activities.
• Track project performance and value realization.
