ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced AI Discovery Lead (Director/Senior Director) to drive AI transformation for a leading financial services client.

The role is highly client-facing, sitting with senior stakeholders, shaping high-value use cases, and guiding pilots through to scale. Ideal candidates come from Big 4 or top-tier management/technology consulting with insurance/financial services experience, and a proven track record in discovery, strategy, and business

Formación

• Senior-level consulting experience, ideally from Big 4, strategy, or management/tech consulting.
• Proven ability to engage with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI transformation and translating capabilities into business value.
• Experience contributing to or leading RFPs, proposals, pitches, and business development.
• Strong Insurance/Financial Services domain experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate AI discovery engagements with senior client stakeholders.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI opportunities and use cases.
• Assess and prioritise AI use cases based on value, feasibility and scalability.
• Support design and execution of AI pilots and scale initiatives.
• Present findings and AI roadmaps to executive-level clients and decision makers.
• Contribute to RFPs, client pitches, and follow-on proposals.
