Job summary

Facebook Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Channel Operations Lead to own the order-to-cash cycle, drive CPFR with accounts, and manage channel inventory health while embedding AI tooling to scale operations.

You will collaborate with retail partners, distributors, and cross-functional teams across sales, logistics, planning, and finance. Role sits in Global Channel Operations; you will translate business needs into AI solutions, lead designated projects, and deliver regular reporting while advancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain operations, including inventory, orders, and fulfilment.
• Proven AI usage to automate tasks, improve reporting, or redesign processes.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data-driven reporting.
• Experience with CPFR, demand planning, or inventory management in consumer electronics or retail.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Experience communicating operational updates to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the bottom-up sell-in plan for assigned accounts and products.
• Provide weekly partner communication: supply allocations, order confirmation, order status, tracking.
• Lead CPFR analysis to align retailer demand with supply and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage and optimize channel inventory placement and instock levels against KPIs.
• Serve as the operational escalation point for assigned accounts.
• Support onboarding of new partners and update systems for transacting.
• Identify manual processes and build AI-assisted solutions to reduce time-to-output.
• Use AI tools to automate reporting, data extraction, and partner updates.
• Translate operational requirements into structured prompts, automations, and workflows.
• Assess new AI features and tooling; recommend adoption where applicable.
• Share learnings with the wider team to drive collective capability.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting as required.
• Participate in partner meetings with Sales as needed.
• Lead designated operational projects and initiatives.
