The role focuses on Omni-Channel personalization, conversational AI, and strategic AI governance across platforms including in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Lead retail AI initiatives bridging tech and operations.
• Architect, design, implement AI platform features.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale AI-driven personalization engines for Omni-Channel platform and mobile app.
• Oversee conversational AI deployment for customer service and post-purchase support.
• Optimize in-store layouts, track customer behaviours, and enhance brick-and-mortar shopping.
• Design architecture of technical solutions, develop features, provide support and issue resolution.
• Customise with deep understanding of code structure, extension architecture, theming, fallback components and cache, including API customization and integration.
