Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Asia Pacific seeks a seasoned Process Re-Design Analyst to lead transformation initiatives across BPM and operations consulting. You will drive process mapping, redesign, and continuous improvement, collaborating with business and IT teams to optimize front-to-back office workflows, risk controls, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in process transformation, BPM, or operations consulting.
• Proven track record leading transformation and optimization initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple process optimization workstreams or end-to-end transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in BPM methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping and modeling.
• Strong expertise in process re-engineering and continuous improvement.
• Ability to design workflows and resolve process inefficiencies end-to-end.
• Proven experience driving data-driven decision-making using KPIs and metrics.
• Experience collaborating with business and IT teams on process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to define improvement strategies and execution approaches.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Asset Management domain experience, with an understanding of front-office, middle-office, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and compliance processes.
• Experience working with Charles River Development (CRD / Charles River IMS) as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, Product Owner, or Transformation Lead.
• Knowledge of Order Management (OMS), the trade lifecycle, portfolio management, compliance monitoring, and investment management workflows is highly preferred

Job Description:

Role: Process Re-Design Analyst

Years of Experiences:10-15 Years

Extensive experience in process transformation, BPM, or operations consulting, with a

demonstrated track record of leading transformation and optimization initiatives.

Experience managing multiple process optimization workstreams or end-to-end

transformation initiatives.

Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and

methods, including process mapping and modeling.
