• Proven experience in business operations, data analysis, and commercial management.
• Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ad hoc and recurring analysis of business initiatives, revenue, expenditure, sales activity, product adoption, and client feedback.
• Review operating expenses, travel and entertainment expenditure, and indirect costs; support budget/planning cycle.
• Define and maintain business and product adoption KPIs; translate findings into recommendations.
• Understand current revenue‑reporting methods and implement improvements to management information and reporting.
• Use AI tools to analyze data, identify themes, risks, and trends, and create repeatable reporting with validation.
