Responsibilities

• Conduct ad hoc and recurring analysis of business initiatives, revenue, expenditure, and client feedback to support decision-making.
• Review operating expenses and support the annual budget and planning cycle.
• Define and maintain KPIs and translate findings into recommendations for leadership.
• Use AI tools to analyze data, identify trends, and create repeatable reporting with human checks.
• Coordinate operating rhythm, leadership meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Provide analytical support for deal management and commercial operations.
• Develop and share internal communications to promote FX initiatives and engagement.
• Plan and coordinate events, townhalls, and external engagements with clear objectives.
