Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Senior Manager, Business Consulting to lead Low Latency and Enterprise Data Solutions consulting across APAC. You will drive pre-sales activities, shape strategic opportunities and guide complex sales cycles with technical and business stakeholders.

You will partner with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to design solutions, influence roadmaps and ensure customer adoption of LSEG data offerings.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within capital markets, market data, trading technology or fintech environments.
• Strong understanding of real-time market data distribution and low latency infrastructure.
• Proven experience in customer consulting, pre-sales or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of trading workflows across buy-side/sell-side/exchange environments.
• Hands-on C++ software development experience and Linux familiarity.
• Understanding of hardware/software architecture for low latency systems.
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and technical audiences.
• Experience leading complex solution discussions with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to travel across APAC as required.
• Knowledge of market data licensing and enterprise data management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as regional expert for Low Latency and Enterprise Data Solutions in APAC.
• Partner with Sales to identify, shape and advance strategic opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery workshops and define solution strategies.
• Support complex sales cycles with demos, POCs, RFPs and RFIs.
• Develop business cases and value propositions with measurable outcomes.
• Engage senior stakeholders and influence product roadmaps with customer feedback.
• Provide consulting leadership for strategic implementations and onboarding.
• Mentor consultants and share best practices across engagements.
