Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Delivery Project Manager / Scrum Master for its AI Central Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team in Singapore. You will own the FDE lifecycle for your squad from Discover through to Scale and Operate, coordinating with AI Mission, AI Experience, and client stakeholders across both fast-moving engagements and steady-state development.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the squad's FDE lifecycle — Discover, POC, POV, PRR, Scale, Operate — and track progress to move to the next gate.
• Run lightweight Agile ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning & refinement, demo reviews, and retrospectives — tailored for AI/Gen AI work.
• Maintain a working risk register for AI delivery and manage risks such as data access, model access, and compliance sign-offs.
