Job summary

NCS Group is seeking an AI Delivery Project Manager / Scrum Master to oversee the FDE lifecycle for a squad, from Discover through Operate. You will lead agile ceremonies tailored for AI/Gen AI work, coordinate PRR readiness, and ensure governance, security, and cost considerations are integrated throughout delivery.

The role requires strong PM/Scrum experience with AI engagements, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work across global, potentially remote, teams while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management / Scrum Master experience, including at least 1 year on AI/Gen AI engagements.
• Experience planning and executing short-cycle POCs/POVs or Agile delivery cycles, including running Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging up to Director level.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the squad's engagement through the FDE lifecycle.
• Plan and execute short-cycle POCs/POVs from concept to evaluation.
• Coordinate the PRR gate as the delivery-side owner, tracking five-pillar checklist.
• Promote velocity, transparency, and continuous improvement across sprints.
• Unblock progress quickly by chasing data access, model access, and compliance sign-offs.
• Maintain a risk register for AI delivery and translate risks into scope decisions.
• Advise stakeholders on technically impractical or high-risk requests.
