Job summary

NCS is seeking an EG Technical Project Manager (AI-Enabled) in Singapore to lead end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects with a focus on AI-enabled delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendors, and leverage AI tools for reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, resourcing, vendors, and contracts.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior clients and management.
• Experience using AI tools for reporting, planning, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects end-to-end with scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, resourcing plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Track project progress, financials, and utilisation; report status, variances, and forecasts to stakeholders and management.
• Manage project scope and change control, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and documented before implementation.
• Coordinate across workstreams, vendors, and third parties to ensure integrated, on-time delivery.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, business analysts, designers, and QA/test leads.
• Apply AI-enabled planning, reporting, and data analysis within delivery.
• Mentor junior project coordinators/managers on delivery practices and AI tool usage.
