DADA Consultants is a Singapore-based recruitment firm specializing in technology, AI, software, data and infrastructure roles. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building relationships and growing with the team.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop client relationships, and help candidates make informed career decisions across Singapore and international markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles; technology recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to build trust with candidates and clients.
• Interest in technology and AI, with willingness to learn about technical roles.
• Proactive, organised approach and ability to manage several searches at once.
• Resilience, sound judgement and a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, team structure and candidate requirements.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals and other channels.
• Assess candidates' experience, motivations and suitability, and prepare clear recommendations for clients.
• Manage interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up.
• Develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with hiring managers.
• Stay informed about technology trends, talent movements and hiring demand.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and work towards agreed placement and business targets.
