Qualifications

• 1-5 years of in-house recruiting experience at a major internet or tech company.
• Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, keeping the process fast and candidate-friendly.
• Help build and refine recruiting processes as the team grows.
• Track talent market trends and competitor hiring.
