Job summary

Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is seeking a Manager for the AI & Data Office (AIDO) to lead data and AI initiatives, drive innovation, and collaborate with stakeholders across policy, operations, technology and data transformation.

You will plan and deliver analytics and AI projects, engage stakeholders to identify opportunities, and help shape organisational data and AI policies and processes. This role offers exposure to cross-functional challenges in a public sector context.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, digital transformation, analytics, AI, data management, policy development, or stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of data, analytics and AI initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Coordinate projects involving data, analytics and emerging technologies.
• Support the development of organisational policies, frameworks and processes related to data and AI.
• Assist in capability-building efforts through workshops, engagement sessions and training initiatives.
• Conduct research and environmental scanning on emerging trends in data and AI.
• Monitor project progress, risks and outcomes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver strategic initiatives.
