Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is establishing the AI & Data Governance (ADG) within its AI & Data Office to lead data strategy, data quality, and secure, responsible AI usage. The ideal candidate has a tertiary qualification in Business/IT/Analytics and at least 2 years of hands-on data governance experience, with strong collaboration across IT and business
The AI & Data Governance (ADG) within the AI & Data Office has been established as part of MOM's new AI and Data Horizontal to curate, drive and implement comprehensive data strategies, as well as ensure safe and responsible AI usage within MOM. This includes establishing data policies, ensuring data quality and security, setting standards for data handling, and overseeing the entire data lifecycle. ADG plays a crucial role in facilitating appropriate data sharing, promoting ethical data use, and collaborating with partnering teams to enhance data literacy across the organisation. It also ensures compliance with the relevant regulations and advises on data utilisation for improved decision making. ADG acts as a central authority on all data related matters, working to optimise assets and resolve any data related conflicts within MOM. We are looking for a driven individual who will contribute significantly to MOM's transformation by building a trusted foundations for safe, scalable AI and Data across the ministry.
