Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to uncover workflow challenges and define AI opportunities.
- Translate user requirements into product specifications, user stories, and feature roadmaps.
- Collaborate with technical teams to co-develop, test, and productionise AI applications.
- Facilitate technical scoping, evaluate system architectures, and ensure governance compliance.
- Manage product sprints, feature prioritisation, UAT, and pilot rollouts.
- Establish KPIs to track post-implementation impact.
