Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Eco Governance team in Singapore to lead end-to-end AI data annotation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery across multiple stakeholders.

You will coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors, drive process improvements, and manage risks while maintaining strong data-driven decision-making. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for handling Mandarin-language content and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• PM experience in AI data annotation environments or large-scale data operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead data annotation projects: manage end-to-end execution of multiple projects and meet targets and SLAs.
• Serve as primary interface for internal requestors: translate needs into labeling project requirements and delivery plans.
• Drive delivery governance: establish rhythms, reviews, and escalation across QA, vendor, and business teams.
• Monitor performance: use dashboards, perform data analysis and root-cause analysis to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement: identify gaps and design workflow optimizations with tooling teams.
• Manage risk and change: identify delivery risks and lead transitions.
• Deliver strategic reporting: synthesize data into insights for leadership and partners.
