Job summary

Oracle Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager for Data Center Support Services to oversee the operational execution of GPU, network, and compute infrastructure for large-scale AI workloads.

The role defines build operations boundaries, partners with TPM, DCBT, DCO, DCFE, DCSO, Capacity Planning, Network, Logistics, and Deployment teams, and mentors regional teams across JAPAC to ensure safe, timely, and standards-compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Extensive data center operations experience.
• Experience with AI infrastructure and GPU deployments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the build operations model for GPU, network, compute, power, cooling, and related infrastructure.
• Create clear processes, ownership, SLAs, reporting, escalation paths, and operational standards.
• Oversee physical deployment from material delivery to handover to operations.
• Coordinate with Oracle teams, vendors, logistics providers, and data center partners.
• Mentor DCTs, shift leads, site leads, and fly-in support teams across JAPAC.
• Provide guidance on rack layout, cabling, power, cooling, serviceability, and build sequencing.
• Use Jira, Confluence, dashboards to track progress, risks, blockers, and readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment quality and time to market.
